1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phwww ("phwww," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwww website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the phwww platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account with phwww, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phwww or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phwww or any affiliated platform.

phwww reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to phwww's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

If phwww discovers that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on phwww. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. phwww shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwww login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phwww immediately via live chat. phwww will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on phwww are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwww does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.

Deposits: phwww accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your phwww wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phwww is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• phwww reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• phwww targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.

phwww reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phwww offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phwww promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

phwww's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phwww does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Services at your own risk.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phwww reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
